Vanja Vlak

Vanja joined Prosperus in 2021 and serves as an Investment Director.

At Prosperus, Vanja is involved in all aspects of the transaction cycle including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, closure, and post-investment portfolio management.

He gained more than 18 years of experience in providing professional services.

Prior to joining Prosperus, Vanja was an Advisory Partner at BDO Croatia and a Partner at Deloitte for Audit and Assurance where he was in charge of audits for some of the biggest companies in Croatia, both from a financial service and non - financial service industry.

During his time in Deloitte, he also provided accounting advisory services, financial and corporate finance services and expanded his knowledge in multidiscipline restructuring consulting services including M&A transactions. 

He is the internal and external Croatian certified auditor and is a fellow with ACCA (the Association of Charted Certified Accounts). 

Vanja graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb in 2001.
