Tomislav Tičić

Tomislav began his career at Prosperus as the Management Board member since its foundation in 2010. He is a Partner at Prosperus and a member of the Firm's Investment Committee involved in daily management and investment activities of Prosperus funds. 

Tomislav also served on several portfolio company Management and Supervisory Boards where he was involved in developing and supervising business strategies ensuring their alignment with investment objectives.

Prior to joining Prosperous, Tomislav gained 15-years of experience in PE, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. He was the Investment Manager in the first Croatia-based PE fund – Croatia Capital Partnership, with renowned international investors like IFC, EBRD, and Advent International. He also served several years as CFO of the largest regional IT company – M SAN Group. 

Tomislav graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb in 1996, and throughout his career, he had gained additional industry education including one-year EDUCA program of Zagrebačka banka, AIMR CFA Level 1 passed exam, EVCA – Advanced negotiation skills, Strategic and General Management, Fulcrum Partners (Advent International) – Deal Structuring, and additional education from IEDC - Bled School of Management, Euromoney, etc.
