Joško Miliša

Joško is the Founder and President of the Management Board at Prosperus. He is also a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Joško has over 25 years of experience in PE, capital markets, and entrepreneurship. At Prosperus, he oversees setting the overall strategy and direction of the firm, in addition to co-leading processes related to deal sourcing and fundraising.

During his successful career, Joško has served as a supervisory board member and advisor to numerous public and private companies including ZSE, Varaždin stock exchange, Končar electronics, Đuro Đaković, TOZ, CENMAR Zadar, Croatia Ilok wine cellars and Croatia Banka.  

Prior to founding Prosperus, Joško was a Partner at Šted kapital, a leading Croatian brokerage firm. He also served in management of the sovereign asset administration of the Croatian Ministry of Economy. 

Joško graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb.
