Dragana joined Prosperus in 2012 and serves as the Compliance Officer and Head of Middle Office.
At Prosperus, she is responsible for establishing and implementing risk management procedures and managing complex AIFMD regulatory requirements.
She gained more than 20 years of experience in the fund management industry with an extensive knowledge of the regulatory framework, accountancy, financial reporting, AML, etc.
Before joining Prosperus, she was a Board Member at ICF Invest, a leading Croatian fund management company specializing in mutual funds where she was responsible for setting up Back Office and Middle Office operations.
Dragana is also a Vice President of the Croatian Investment Fund Association at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, in charge of alternative investment funds.
She holds a ZSE broker certificate, Authorised Internal Auditor Certificate (specialist for banks and financial institutions) from the Croatian Association of Accountants and Financial Experts and an International Compliance Certificate (Foundation Level) from the House of Training, ATTF Luxembourg.
Dragana has an industry leading educational background including MSc in Risk Management for the Investment Fund Management Industry from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb where she also completed her Undergraduate Studies in Finance and Economics.
